1 Hour – Tennis-Specific Fitness
Off-court conditioning focusing on strength & power (medicine balls, resistance, explosive drills), speed & agility (ladder drills, sprint mechanics), endurance (interval running, HIIT), and mobility & recovery (stretching, foam rolling).
