STRESS BUSTER PROGRAM

Our expert instructor guide you through a blend of proven relaxation therapies including Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR), Guided Imagery, Autogenic Training, Breathing Practices, and Meditation.

 

WHAT’S INCLUDE

  • Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR): Systematic muscle tension and release to ease physical stress

  • Guided Imagery: Visualization techniques to promote mental calm and positive focus

  • Autogenic Training: Self-suggestion exercises to induce deep relaxation

  • Breathing Practices: Breath control methods to regulate nervous system and reduce anxiety

  • Meditation: Mindfulness sessions to enhance presence and emotional resilience

PROGRAM OPTIONS:

  • Small Group Sessions: AED 150 per session (max 6 participants)
  • Private One-on-One Sessions: AED 350 per session

  • Monthly Membership: AED 1200 (includes 10 small group sessions)
